Generate the basic conditions in the Training of Leaders in Sustainable Community Development through the learning obtained during the contents, contributing to the comprehensive training in topics of national and local interest, which allows us to be more efficient in the management process and motivating the leaders to implement planning, monitoring and evaluation strategies for the execution of their projects, in a manner articulated at the sector level, focused mainly on community participation.
Trained Students
We want the students of the southern zone of Honduras to be characterized by their proactivity, by stimulating critical awareness in their community, by making them aware of the collective, and by helping them to obtain a high degree of achievement.
We train students in topics such as Transformative Leadership, Identity, Risk Management and Project Development.
Training workshops "Yo Emprendo con FUNDESUR".
The lack of job opportunities and the massive migration of young people prompted us to create a specialized training program, which allows low-income young people to enter workshops to learn a profession or trade, then to acquire knowledge of business administration and education. financial, so that, in the future, they can establish their own business, to generate new family income.
